(Return to: Gallery ) I have always been fascinated by drawing and painting peoples faces, the drawing of Paul McCartney I did as a senior in High School and I would say it was the first serious drawing I ever did!  As I update this section I’ll try to include some close ups of their eyes for you to see, also some explanations about who the people are and why I painted or drew them. Some of the paintings are copy-works from great masters. A great tool used through history is to copy works of art from master painters to more deeply understand and learn their craft. I am fascinated by the styles of the ‘old masters’ and find great inspiration in looking at their paintings. Enjoy!
